Box Retrieval
Whenever a stored box needs to be retrieved, we locate it from
within our storage facility and deliver it to your premises.
Our operating procedures ensure that all faxed requests for box
retrievals received by 4:00pm are guaranteed to be delivered on
the next working day.
For urgent requests we offer a same day 4 hour response should this
be required. We take complete responsibility for deliveries and
use only our own uniformed staff and liveried vehicles for this
service. There is no need for you to keep track of who received
the retrieved box, since we do this for you.
File Retrieval
 Should
you wish to retrieve a file rather than a complete box, we will
access your box and retrieve the relevant files on your behalf.
We label the files so that you can identify them in future as retrieved
ones and seal them in heavy duty pvc pouches. In order to maintain
security and give you total peace of mind, we operate this service
only with your prior written authorisation.
Return of Previously Retrieved Boxes or Files
When a retrieved file or box is no longer required, just use your
order form to fax or e-mail us to arrange collection.
